Jurnal Fakta Hukum didesain sebagai salah satu media publikasi ilmiah yang diharapkan dapat menanmpung hasil penelitian, kajian maupun pemikiran kritis akademisi, praktisi, pengiat isu hukum serta ilmuan hukum dalam menjawab persoalan fenomena hukum kongrit yang terjadi secara nasional maupun internasional.
    Pemilihan nama Fakta Hukum sendiri menggambarkan kondisi eksisting keberadaan hukum di tengah masyarakat.
