Jurnal Legalitas

About the Journal

Jurnal Legalitas is a nationally accredited scientific journal (SINTA 4) published by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Universitas Pertiba, Bangka Belitung. Established as a premier forum for legal scholarship, the journal is dedicated to advancing critical, theoretical, and practical discourse across the entire spectrum of legal studies. It openly welcomes contributions from all branches of law, whether doctrinal, comparative, or socio-legal in nature. By bridging normative legal analysis with contemporary societal challenges, Jurnal Legalitas provides an essential intellectual platform for academics, practitioners, and policymakers to foster the development of justice, legal certainty, and regulatory reform, particularly within the distinct socio-cultural and archipelagic context of Indonesia. The journal embraces a broad scope and imposes no restrictions on specific legal sub-fields, ensuring every rigorous legal manuscript finds its rightful place.
