Focus and Scope

Jurnal Legalitas (JLE) is a nationally accredited, open-access scientific journal published by LPPM Universitas Pertiba. The journal provides an academic forum for publishing original research and scholarly works addressing legal issues at national, regional, and international levels.

Jurnal Legalitas welcomes manuscripts covering all fields of legal studies, including doctrinal, empirical, socio-legal, comparative, interdisciplinary, critical, and theoretical approaches. The journal particularly welcomes research that offers critical analysis and contributes to the development of legal scholarship, legal practice, public policy, or law reform.
